Chocolate Peanut Butter Wafer Truffles
A rich chocolate truffle with a peanut butter crispy surprise in the middle for a satisfying bite!
Ingredients:

8oz chocolate, finely chopped

½ cup heavy cream

1 Little Secrets Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers in Dark Chocolate

¼ cup cocoa powder
Directions:

In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the cream until it is steaming, not boiling.

In a medium bowl with the chocolate, pour the cream over and set aside for 5 minutes.

While the chocolate and cream combine, shop the Peanut Butter Crispy Wafers into small ½ inch size pieces.

Whisk the chocolate and cream together until smooth and shiny.

Pour the ganache into a 8" x 8" baking dish and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.

Scoop the chocolate into 2 tablespoon size balls. Carefully place the wafer pieces inside each truffle and roll into a ball.

Coat the truffles in cocoa powder and set on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
